Arizona Reproductive Institute’s egg donation program is uniquely focused on matching recipient patients with donated eggs to create a successful pregnancy. Our dedicated and experienced staff is devoted to ensuring the generous spirit in which an egg donor gives of herself is always met with warmth, support and kindness.
By becoming an egg donor, you may be able to earn more than $5,000 per egg donation while helping couples achieve their dreams of having a family! In addition, after 2 to 3 cycles of donation, you’ll have the opportunity to freeze your eggs for your own future use. The first step in the process is to complete the pre-screen questionnaire. We will review your application and let you know promptly if you’re qualified to move forward.
As an egg donor, you have the chance to give a truly incredible gift to recipients — donors describe the feeling as joyful & empowering.
We’re proud to support our egg donors with the highest reimbursement in Tucson at $5,000 per cycle, helping to support your goals and dreams for the future.
We’ve invested our lives in the Tucson community and will be here to hold your hand through the whole process from beginning to end.

“It’s hard to put into words the immense pride and joy I felt after being able to donate my eggs. I wouldn’t call it an easy process, but ARI was there to help me navigate the journey.”
IF I QUALIFY TO BECOME AN EGG DONOR, WHAT’S NEXT?
Once the screening process is complete and you are eligible to participate in the egg donor program, you will meet with a fertility nurse for an in-depth review of the egg donation process. At this appointment, you will learn more about the injection technique and egg retrieval procedure.
You will be asked to sign an informed consent form asking you to relinquish all rights to the eggs at the time they are retrieved. Donors will not be told whether the person who received their eggs achieved a pregnancy. Upon completion of the egg donation cycle, you will be financially compensated, not as a payment for the eggs, but to cover time away from employment, travel, etc.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS LIKE?
To start the process, you’ll receive daily injectable fertility medications for approximately 10 days to stimulate your ovaries to grow multiple eggs. The egg growth is tracked every 2-3 days with ultrasound and bloodwork. When the eggs are ready, they are harvested with an ultrasound-guided procedure in the office that is done while you receive IV sedation. The procedure lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and you go home shortly after, although you will need someone to drive that day. The entire process- from starting medication until completion takes approximately two weeks and includes up to eight office visits.
WHAT SCREENING TESTS ARE PERFORMED?
CAN I FREEZE MY OWN EGGS?
Yes! After 2-3 cycles of donation you’ll have the opportunity to freeze your eggs for your own future use. When you’re ready to use your frozen eggs, your partner or donor’s sperm is injected directly into the egg. The fertilized eggs will grow in culture until the embryos are ready to be transferred into to your uterus to achieve pregnancy, typically 3-5 days after fertilization.
At ARI, patient-centered care allows us to accommodate your values, preferences & medical needs to design a truly individualized egg donation care plan.
Our mission is to provide you with the most modern fertility medical care in Arizona within a warm and caring environment.
